Educate yourself and take action to save your home and stop foreclosure

If you are visiting my site, you might be facing a stressful situation where you feel that little hope remains. Facing the prospect of losing your home is a situation that effects you both financially and emotionally.

Hi, I'm Jim.  I know the effects of a foreclosure and the toll it takes, I speak from experience since I lost my home to foreclosure five years ago but was able to save my most cherished possession: my marriage.  You can read my story here.

I can recall the painful time when I posted my situation on any message board I could seeking someone who could help or tell me how to stop foreclosure:

"I lost my job a year ago, and hasn't been able to find another job in my field. We are now three months behind on our payments, and soon it will be four. Our stress is very high and it's starting to effect our marriage. Our payments have always been on time until recently.   It looks like we will lose our home, we would like to keep our home -what can we do?"

I learned that I did have options but getting started and weeding thru all the information on the web was time consuming.  Then, to find out only later that I could have saved my home was one of the hardest lessons I learned. 

When you are facing foreclosure, not having a plan and time are your biggest enemies.  So if you are here, that means that you have realized that you have to do something.   Hopefully, my site will help and offer information to stop foreclosure.
